About accommodation

What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is until 11:00 am.
If you arrive before the check-in time, please wait in our lounge area until 15:00, as rooms are only available after that time.
If you wish to explore the hotel before check-in, we can also store your luggage at the front desk.
※ From 11:00 to 15:00, our hotel facilities are closed for maintenance, including the onsen, restaurant, and souvenir shop.
※ Please note that we do not serve lunch at the hotel, so we recommend having lunch near the JR station or purchasing snacks before your arrival. -
Do you accept for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out by free of charge ?We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept them.
If the room is not vacated by the check-out time or is occupied beyond the check-out time, an additional charge will be applied. -
Can I stay by myself at the hotel ?We welcome guests traveling alone. We also offer special packages for solo travelers, except during peak seasons.
We are sorry if you are unable to find a suitable plan for your preferred dates.
Please note that we do not offer single-guest pricing; therefore, a reservation must be made based on the rate for two persons, even for single occupancy.

Do you have a parking lot?We have free parking available in front of the hotel.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay ?We will store luggage sent in advance for any stay. Please ensure the guest’s reservation name and check-in date are clearly written on the shipping label. We kindly ask you to contact us by email or telephone in advance before shipping your luggage.
Please also bring a copy of your shipping slip when you collect your luggage at the hotel.

Do you offer late night meals ?We offer late-night meals for guests at Café & Bar Ape on the 1st floor.
(Light meals are available from 21:00 to 23:30.) -
Where do I find the cancellation policy as your hotel ?You can find the cancellation policy at several points during the reservation process.

What is your cancellation policy as your hotel website ?According to the accommodation policy, guests who book through the hotel’s official English website may cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, based on Japan Standard Time.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Can I cancel my reservation through your hotel website ?Yes.To cancel your reservation, please click the “Cancel Reservation” link on our hotel English website’s top page.
On the cancellation page, you will need to enter your reservation number and email address.
Once your reservation is retrieved, please select the “Cancel” button to proceed.
Please note that cancelling a reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee and may be non-refundable.

How can I cancel my reservation through other travel agency site ?Please contact the customer center regarding your cancellation request first.
After we receive the request email from the booking agency, we will review it and determine whether it can be accepted by the hotel. -
Could you arrange the double or king size bed ?We are sorry to inform you that all room beds are single-size beds. We do not offer double or king-size beds.
If you would like a larger bed, please select one of the following room types: “Suite Room with Private Open-Air Bath & Sauna,” “Premier Suite Room,” “Suite with Private Open-Air Bath,” or “Suite with Private Open-Air Bath for Couple Use.”
In these room types, twin single beds can be combined to form one large bed. -
Can you arrange for activities to do around in Niseko?We offer a variety of seasonal activities to help you enjoy the outdoors in Niseko. Please contact us for more details.

Can I bring my pet ?We are sorry, but we do not accept pets in our guest accommodations.

Why does it change for the price if it search for 2 persons or 3 persons in a room ? or 4 persons and etc...Because our pricing is based on the Japanese ryokan style, the rate is calculated per person, per night, per room (including children).
In general, each rate includes meals per person.We do not offer a “per room” pricing system as commonly used overseas. -
How about children price to use your hotel ?For reservations made directly through our hotel or via our official website, children aged 13 years and older are charged the full adult rate.
Guests over 1 year old are charged the applicable child rate according to our hotel policy.

How to book a room for 1 adult and 1 child through your hotel website ?If you make a reservation for 1 adult and 1 child (under 12 years old), the child will be charged the adult rate. Therefore, please make your reservation for 2 adults on our website.
After completing your reservation, kindly inform us prior to your stay, as we will adjust the details for your booking, including the hot spring tax (onsen tax), for 1 adult and 1 child.
Children aged 13 years and older are charged the full adult rate.

Can I amend my reservation through your hotel website ?We are sorry to inform you that changes to reservation details—including guest name (reservation name), number of guests, check-in date, check-out date, and contact information—cannot be made after completing a booking on our hotel website.
If you wish to modify your reservation, please make a new booking with your preferred details on our website.
Once your new reservation is confirmed, please cancel the original reservation as soon as possible. -
How can I amend my reservation through other travel agency site ?Please contact the customer center regarding your amendment request first.
After we receive your request email from the booking agency, we will review it and determine whether it can be accepted by the hotel. -
Do you have any surprise service by surcharge for my anniversary trip ?Please contact us directly at least one week prior to your arrival.

Do you have any policy of accommodation ?No part of the accommodation or stay may be sublet or assigned to a third party without the hotel’s prior written approval, as stated in our “Accommodation Terms and Conditions.”
All guests staying in the accommodation must be registered on the booking and must comply with these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in appropriate action, including legal measures if necessary.

Can I smoke in my room ?Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel.
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated Smoking Room where located on the 1st floor of the hotel. -
Do you have rooms with their own private open-air bath ?There are nine suites with a private open-air bath and one suite with a private open-air bath and sauna.
These room types include “Suite Room with Private Open-Air Bath, Sauna,” “Suite with Private Open-Air Bath,” and “Suite with Private Open-Air Bath for Couple Use.”
All of these rooms feature a private open-air bath filled with natural hot spring water (onsen).
Additionally, the “DX Japanese & Western Room with Hot Spring Bath” offers an indoor bath with natural hot spring water, where you can enjoy views of Niseko’s beautiful nature through the window. -
What do the rooms include ?Guestrooms are equipped with bath towels, face towels, hand towels, robes, a TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other standard amenities.
For guests staying for workations, we can provide equipment such as an external monitor (HDMI cable), teleconference microphone, speakers, lighting equipment, camera, lap desk with cushion, extension cables, USB hub, and more.

What kind of amenities are included in the room ?The rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, skin lotion, milky lotion, hand soap, razors, toothbrushes, combs, hair liquid, hair tonic, and other amenities.

Can I use the Internet in my room ?Wi-Fi is available in all guestrooms; however, connection may be unstable or difficult depending on usage conditions.
Wi-Fi is also available in the lobby and lounge on the 1st floor. -
Do you have the double bed room ?We are sorry, but all of our rooms are equipped with single beds or single Japanese futons. In some room types, two single beds are separated by a small table. In a limited number of room types, the single beds can be combined to form one large bed.

Can I choose the number of floors, the room number, room size, or room view ?Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for specific rooms or floors.

Do you have a main public bath?Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor baths.
The main public hot spring bath provides face towels and bath towels, so you do not need to bring them from your room.
The baths are separated into male and female sections.
Please note that towels are not allowed inside the bathtubs, and guests are not permitted to wear clothing or swimwear.
The public onsen is to be used in the traditional manner without any clothing. -
Are there any ailments that would prevent me from using your hot springs baths?We kindly ask guests with the following health conditions to refrain from using our hot spring baths: acute conditions (with fever), active tuberculosis, malignant tumors, serious heart conditions, respiratory problems, renal failure, bleeding disorders, advanced anemia, and pregnancy (especially in the first and last trimesters).

I have tattoos. Can I use the public hot springs?We are sorry to inform you that guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the public hot springs or public bath facilities.

Do you have a private hot spring bath available for rent?Yes. “Wasen no Yu” is a private hot spring bath available for rental at an additional charge.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We regret to inform you that airport transfer services are not available at our property.
We only provide shuttle service from the nearest station, JR Niseko Station. Please inquire in advance for shuttle availability and operating hours (reservation required).
In addition, if you require pick-up from the Niseko Annupuri Bus Stop, please contact the hotel in advance for arrangements. -
Can you arrange for a taxi?We can arrange a taxi for you upon request at the front desk.
